Can I Downgrade? And What Happens Then?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription plan at any time — but there are a few important things to know before you make the switch.
What Happens When You Downgrade?
If you’re moving from a higher plan to a lower one (for example, from Agent to Pro), you will be asked to choose which band or artist you want to keep in your plan.
Any bands or artists beyond the limit of your new plan will be permanently deleted, including all related data.
Make sure you back up anything important before confirming the downgrade.
Here’s what to expect:
| Current Plan | Downgrading To | Action Required |
|---|---|---|
| Agent (5 bands) | Pro (1 band) | Choose 1 band to keep – others will be deleted |
| Management (Unlimited) | Agent or Pro | Choose which band(s) to keep – others will be deleted |
⚠️ Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
Do You Refund the Difference?
We do not offer partial refunds when you downgrade during an active billing cycle. You’ll retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period, but the downgrade will be scheduled to take effect after that.
