What Happens If a Recurring Payment Fails?

Sometimes payments fail — don’t worry, we’ve got a process in place to help you stay on track.

Step 1: You’ll Be Notified

If your recurring payment doesn’t go through (e.g., due to an expired credit card or insufficient funds), you’ll receive an email notification from us. This gives you the chance to update your payment details and try again to complete your subscription.

Having trouble? Just reach out to our helpdesk — we’re happy to assist.

Step 2: Temporary Account Limitations

If we don’t receive a successful payment after a few reminders, we will:

  • Send another email warning you that we are about to temporarily disable all functionality within your account

  • Your EPK pages will remain active externally, so people can still view them

Step 3: Downgrade to FREE

If no payment is received after the grace period:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the FREE plan

  • Only your first band/artist will remain, but limited to FREE plan functionality

  • All other bands/artists and associated data will be permanently deleted

Payment Trouble? Talk to Us!

If you foresee payment issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know in advance. We understand that things happen, and we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.
