Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wayland Management's music management platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

Wayland Management provides a comprehensive music management platform that includes:

  • Band profile and portfolio management
  • Songbook and repertoire organization
  • Gig and event scheduling
  • Financial tracking and reporting
  • AI-powered data enrichment and content analysis
  • Document generation and management tools

User Accounts

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Responsibilities

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not share account credentials with others
  • Report any unauthorized use immediately

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and AI credit allocations. All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

AI Credits

  • AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features
  • Credits are transferable between billing periods and will not expire
  • Additional credits can be purchased separately
  • Credit usage is tracked and displayed in your account

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform (songs, band information, images, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform

The Service, including its code, design, and functionality, is owned by Wayland Group BV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wayland Group BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
