The Riders Module allows you to create and manage both Technical Riders and Hospitality Riders — essential documents for clear communication with promoters, venues, and technical crews.

Technical Rider

The Technical Rider outlines all your on-stage technical needs. You can create multiple rider versions — for example, one for a festival setup and another for smaller club venues.

Key Features:

  • Add detailed backline and FOH requirements

  • Upload a stage plot image to show instrument/stage layout

  • Include an input list (channels, mic types, DI boxes, etc.)

  • Specify power supply, monitoring, lighting, and sound specs

Hospitality Rider

The Hospitality Rider details everything required to keep your artists and crew comfortable.

Include information such as:

  • Location instructions (access, dressing rooms, contact person)

  • Meals (times, dietary requirements, hot/cold preferences)

  • Drinks (beverages, bottled water, coffee/tea)

  • Lodging (hotel info, number of rooms, check-in/out)

  • Transport & Parking needs

Multiple Riders for Different Events

You can create as many riders as you like, tailored to different situations:

  • Festival Rider

  • Small Venue Rider

  • Acoustic Setup

  • Private/VIP Event Rider

This helps you stay organized and ensures the right specs go to the right people.

Share Your Riders Easily

Each rider can be shared via a unique external link. Simply send the link to venues, promoters, or tour managers, allowing them to view the rider online — no downloads required.

This feature makes communication faster, cleaner, and more professional.
