The Equipment Management Module helps bands, artists, and crew keep track of their gear — whether for insurance, touring, or just good organization. Log everything from instruments to electronics, cases, and more.

Key Features

You can register all relevant details per item:

  • Equipment Name
Give each item a clear and recognizable name.

  • Category / Instrument
Classify your gear (e.g., guitar, pedalboard, mixer, flight case).

  • Brand
Select the brand or type manually.

  • Description
Add a detailed description (e.g., “Fender Jazz Bass, 4-string, white”).

  • Date of Purchase / Year of Purchase
Log the full purchase date or year — helpful for age tracking and depreciation.

  • Serial Number
Enter the unique serial number for identification or warranty purposes.

  • Condition
Keep track of the gear’s current condition (e.g., Good, Used, Needs Repair).

  • Purchase Price / Day Value
Record what you paid for it and its current replacement value — very useful for insurance claims.

  • Ownership
    Specify who owns the item:

    • The band

    • A specific band member

  • Notes
Add any extra notes — like special maintenance instructions or touring restrictions.

  • Image Upload
Attach a photo of the gear for easy identification or documentation.

Why This Matters

Keeping your gear organized isn’t just about knowing where your stuff is — it's about:

  • Insurance documentation

  • Theft or loss recovery

  • Tour prep and logistics

  • Ownership tracking in case of member changes

Tip: Regularly update this module to reflect your current setup, especially before and after tours.
